She conducts leadership training and church consultation, which includes empowering pastors and leaders in fulfilling the Great Commission. Her prophetic ministry also involves her in the mentoring and raising of strategic women leaders in key ministry positions.                                                                     

Deborah speaks at seminars and conferences of all denominations and backgrounds teaching others to overcome with the WORD OF GOD.
